In March 2010, Ausmal Kardin joined Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad (MHB), a subsidiary of MISC Berhad (MISC), as General Manager, Legal & Administration and was subsequently appointed as General Manager, Legal, Corporate Secretarial and Administration of the MHB Group on 30 June 2010.
On 1 March 2015, Ausmal Kardin was appointed as the Senior General Manager, Legal & Corporate Secretarial Affairs of MHB and his position was redesignated as Senior General Manager, Legal, Corporate Secretarial Affairs & Human Resource on 1 May 2016.
He also serves as the Company Secretary of MHB since 30 June 2010.
Effective 1 January 2020, Ausmal Kardin shall be appointed as Vice President, Legal, Corporate Secretarial and Compliance of MISC.
He will continue serving as the Joint Company Secretary of MHB until further notice.
