I found that, this counter is super undervalued with high NTA. But one thing i found is the valuation for the properties hold, valuation is not up to date (and most of them freehold, should have higher valuation), example, Cherating land & building in Pahang - Last valuation date year 2005. Shah Alam seksyen 22 land - Last valuation year 2003. KL hotel building & land - Last valuation year 2005. Hotel building & land at France, last valuation year 2009.

As we know the property price for last 5 years boom a lot around Malaysia & the world. I think the counter should deserve higher valuation. What u think?

Someone try to sell at 0.195 with small volume a few days, while the share price move to 0.200 he will sell down to 0.195. I think someone is trying to push down the share price, accumulating.
