TOPGLOVE is one of the world top supplier of glove, dominated 30% of market share. They have 300 production lines and some of these are outside Malaysia. They already have factory in countries 'powerwk' mentioned, both China and Thailand.

TOPGLOVE are competitive in price, they price increase for this year was only 2% (see from their report) despite the production cost increased in Malaysia, because our government allowed TNB increase they tariff and some subsidies are lifted.

The dropped of their share price are basically affected by 2 factors:
1) Last quarter profit was below expectation
2) Rubber glove globally over supplied.

Can they overcome? the answer is 'Yes', but why are they not doing anything?

Question is; why shall they react? As they NTA vs their current share price (about RM5) is almost doubled, same go with most glove companies. Therefore, unless they need the money for expansion, i.e. Time to issue more shares to increase capital. But now, they are not.... However, having say that expansion is always in their plan... when small players is out, market sentiment get better (i.e. USD exchange up).

I will see the time they start rebound to add more position (This is not a BUY call), as TOPGLOVE is a good company to be consider for long-term.

Over valued counter... Good potential... But this market sentiment, better trade fast in fast out..
