Master-Pack is a very poor counter, under the leadership of Dato Syed Aidid for the past ten years, the Comp[any only paid total 7.5% dividend and the market price is dropped from before his takeover as Chairmanship RM1.10 per share to RM0.70 per share as last closing price. In the latest Annual Report, he talked all the cocky stories about his achievement but dare not mentioned about the divided payout and share performance, his stupid leadership never taught of shareholder rights.
In fact, he is only interested to claim his million dollar remuneration very year and forgot about the commitment to recover the investment cost about RM1.85 per share that he paid to Dato Seri Khor Teng Tong and his nominees in 2004.
The former Chairman Dato Seri Khor Teng Tong is a big conman using this company to cheat RM26 million of right issue proceed from IPO in 1997, and sued by the related shareholders and he eventually lost his court case (refer to the high court judgement available from internet access) . Another big court case is coming against for using Master-Pack to con another group of shareholders.......... very sad story.
