Hahahahaha, couldn’t believe it actually hits 40 cents in April 2018, if not in Nov 2017.

30 cents here we go Huayang. Expect 20 cents by 2018 year end! Will come back to post when it hits 20 cents :)

Fortunately I sold it @ RM0.9x and invested in other counters and made money.

Agree with DroidnPlay. You see Huayang, after bonus issue share price drop like no ends. So be cautious.

This counter is so stable, for those who want stable and receive good dividend can look for this counter.

This share performance is not the worst of all, HUAYANG is the worst of the worst.

After dividend it will definitely drop below 75 cents. By this year end 50 cents is reachable.

Even 50 cents also I won't touch it, I rather buy Matrix or Econpile with high price. Haha

& Jordan Tan, I believe it. And you know what, the recovery will be from 65 cents to 70 cents within half month and then drop again! Lol

People still thinking want to average down? Wait it drops till 60 cents or 50 cents then consider.....

Is the dividends released? I don't receive yet.

How low can it drops? When the price was 1.1 not long time ago, I already foresee it will drop below 0.9 like recent price. But no idea how low it could go. From 1.3x to 0.8x.

During this bull market, a share price can drop 35% within the span of 10 months and even after its bonus issue, plus news coming from this company were good one.

And the net profit dropped from 9mil+ to 1mil+ just one quarter. I am not sure if there is any property developers can perform so bad like huayang.

There is one completed housing by huayang (quite a time ago) within 1 KM from my house and I know the selling price is high. Until now I feel like very less people move in. I think the sales must be extremely bad. Like a dead Taman.

I should trust my eyes and sold all earlier.......
