Is BAC.edu.my related to Eduspec ?

Below was the calculation used for Price adjustment this morning.

Inari closed at $2.93 on 10 Apr.
with 1:2 bonus issued, every 2 shares you got 1 extra.
the new price = $2.93 X 2/3 = $1.95 ( price opened on 11 Apr )

for share holders:
@ 10 Apr ... we have 1,000 shares @ $2.93 = $2,930
@ 11 Apr ... we have 1,500 shares @ $1.95 = $2,930 ( same value )

However, the said 500 shares will only credited to our account on 13 Apr evening.

good things is every cents raised on today's Inari share price,
we get 1.5x in cash money compared to before.

To whoever that asked the advantages of having bonus shares...
Assuming you have only 1000 shares, before bonus...
every raise of 10 cents in share price --> you gain $100 in return.

With 1:2 bonus issued,
Our account will be updated become 1,500 shares (instead of 1,000)
by evening of 13 Apr.
--> with this bonus, now every raise of 10 cents in share price
--> we gain $150 in return ( instead of $100 )
this is the advantages....

NOTE:
every bonus given sure will incur price adjustment, even stock that giving dividend in cash form, the stock price will be adjusted to reflect the dividend paid out too...
all these adjustment will not introduce any losses to share holder.

Giving bonus shares in stock form is more preferable by Inari longer term Investor.

I almost wanted to sold all out last few days...
