If I were the mgmt, I might do the same thing when I need a huge fund for business expansion. I can't choose to please shareholder & decision should made for the sake of company's benefit (future growth & speed in capture market share). Those founders & co-founders also affected with share price dropped due to PP, I am sure their decision is for mid-long term investment.
