On behalf of the Board of Directors of Eduspec, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the fifth tranche of the Placement Shares at RM0.15 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.

The aforementioned issue price of RM0.15 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0147 or 8.93% from the five (5)-day weighted average market price of Eduspec share from 5 July 2017 to 11 July 2017 of approximately RM0.1647 per share.

This announcement is dated 12 July 2017.
