Generally, the investing public still consider Atta as a Steel company until the development starts to generate bigger percentage of income for the company. If you refer to their web site, the core business is still steel related.

I believe it has to do with the drop in prices of other major Steel companies such as Press Metal, Masteel etc. coupled with overall bearish market due to drastic drop of the US market. I hope such phenomenal is temporary in view of the fundamentals available in Atta.

Any thing is possible as LA has reached a historical high of RM0.525 on 13 June 17.

LA recovered pretty fast.

If you multiply 10PA by RM0.08 = RM0.80 which is higher than the current market price of the mother share at RM0.775. However, the price is kept at RM0.08 of which you can convert later.
