The Board of Directors of Ancom Logistics Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has entered into a Heads of Agreement ("HOA") with S7 Holdings Sdn Bhd, Merrrinton Assets Limited, MY E.G. Capital Sdn Bhd, and Avocat Sdn Bhd relating to the acquisition of new business and disposal of the existing core business of the Company to Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad ("Proposals") as part of the Group restructuring.

If really 600m contract means revenue will be 100x now and 4x its revenue in 2014 when the price went above 30cents.

Can anyone explain the diff between preference shares and warrant. Up there i see "Conversion of Preference Shares - 1,351,500 shares at 0.100" Seem to be the same as warrant, only need 10sen for conversion?

Is Connect's preferential shares undervalued? only .17 + 0.1 = .27 when mother is already .35 while other warrants are .220 + 0.1 = .32?
