For giant company like Genting, warrant is a tools for them to control more stack in the company, they will not sold their warrant in the open market, but converting it to mother share.

Kian Huat hold many warrant, which mean they need money to convert all those warrant to mother share, this lead to shortage of operation fund.

Since Kian Huat control by LKT, which mean LKT can set up many small company to absorb the share hold by Kian Huat thru buying from market. Price will be press lower so that more share can be buy, and on the same time Kian Huat can get the need fund to do more warrant conversion. Like change from right hand to left hand.

Beside this, LKT & company will get handsome dividend. Don't you notice, the past 4 year , Genting giving handsome dividend every year.

That the reason why i mention , the movement will only start after warrant expired.

I think TauRx will going for monotherepy drug for Alzheimer, and regulators like the US Food & Drug Administration, European Medicines Agency would eventually approve LMTX as a monotherapy drug for Alzheimer treatment.
