What I learnt:
1) Profit growth and volumn action will help the Stock Price going northeast
2) Book Value, Dividend Yield, PE Ratio had little predictive value; mean most of the time the Price will not going to northeast in near term.

@calvintaneng, I agree with @andy87, if Binapuri continue show the MainPlace Mall Value in NTA but not Profit, high possible it will not help the Share Price move forward for the time being.

@calvintaneng, Binapuri nowaday more toward Development more than Construction, i think that's why share price similar pattern to Major of the Listed Property Firm.

Can some mate explain on Loan Stock? Bjcorp have about 4,150.50Mil share Currently. Additional of 353.25Mil Loan Stock meant BJcorp's stocks will increase to 4,150.50+353.25 Mil shares in the future?
