management's plan to suppress the sp down and taking KSENG private ( hard to believe) ? wait n see. If you compare K Seng Hongkong and K Seng Malaysia, you will know what I am talking about..

The management is not stupid. They are all out to frustrate minority shareholders like ourselves, pushing our patience to the limit and forcing us to sell to them at the open market where they have been picking shares on the cheap.
We just need to SIT TIGHT. A grossly UNDERVALUED ASSET LIKE K SENG will not go unnoticed by other players. Sooner or later some sort of a catalyst will cause the company to be taken over.

As I was saying previously, that the management runs this ship as if it belongs to the family. they r not interested in rewarding minority shareholders. To them it does not matter whether they pay misery or generous dividends or revalue the company's assets as long they just sit there. This has always been their modus operandi right through.

At last ! there is no turning back. will retest 8.00 !

agree. management has its own agenda n self interest. they are not transparent n do not reveal much to their shareholders. they run the company as if it was a family enterprise ( selfish mentality). we need to be v patient.

BONES..............whilst reading on your analysis of PRESTAR,,,, I came across a GEM by almost the same name................PRESTAR...IANG ! which will be a better bet !

share price needs to consolidate and form a base in the next few days.one thing that is reassuring, is that so far there have not been block selling by funds that hold this stock.. most of =the trades were done by retailers.

The minority shareholders like ourselves should be thanking those writers /analysts in the news media ( Nanyang Siang Pau ,The Edge ) who did an excellent job in dissecting the company and exposing its TRUE value.

sooner or later the management will be announcing the tax exempt dividend. previously they were trying to keep the share price down in the hope of privatization of the company. That was when the share price was trading @ $5.00. Now that the share price is edging towards 8.00, this idea will be thrown out the window. Basically the management has always been stingy and they have never looked after the minority shareholders' interest .
