I still believe Seacera is super gem company.. but kindly diversify your investment wisely..

Current Seacera maybe not good enough due to mgt probs, but im looking foward these kind of stock..

Seacera is just a Small-Mid cap company.. do u think they can just run mega projects alone?

The only way for them is JV with established developer - Sime Darby, Setia Tropika, UEM, etc.

Until then dont hope more from this counter.. Maybe for long run u can, but for better u can buy a dividend counter..

agree..if looking at their top tiers, i really doubt they are business minded..maybe not on aggressive side..

nowadays 1 lot = 100 units, but mostly old players they said 1 lot = 1000 units..100 units for 1 lot is almost nothing (what they said)..quite confusing for new traders..but for bursa regulations now, 1 lot = 100 units..

at 1.55..so damn high,,2 opts what u can do, either u average down and collect free warrant.. or buy another stock, which is i think you have to be wise to choose carefully..

Yup..mainly due to free warrant, becoz the price warrant based on avg acc of last trading period.. but i do believe it will rise back to RM1.00 due to PRU..and then some minor correction after that.. lets see how much the price of warrant..

for those who want to collect free warrant, kindly advice you must have holding power for long run..definitely mother will slump down for a time being..

of course..because until end of january they cannot push more than RM1.00..because the warrant C will be average accumulation by this trading period..

bila dengar je dato stanley kena berhati-hati la geng..pandai masuk pandai keluar..

company ni memang rare, gem of the gem..ada 3 main divisions (tiles, construction, property).. senang-senang je nak dapat maximum profit dengan low cost..kalau tanah 500 ekar tu buat Rumah Mampu Milik, sekejap je habis jual fasanya..

Tapi sayang towkey tak pandai buat duit..Kalau seacera ni jual pada Ecoworld ke atau Scientex pun lagi bagus.. at least dorang tau buat biz, pandai buat untung..semua happy..

buy after PRU much better..now too much uncertainty..just my 2cents..
