However , checked back the history share price .. the highest is in 2008 years , its was 1.55 that moment ..

But this time will surge even further high , due:

International environment:
1) China cut production , and this will make sure the reduction of inventory.
2) Steel is in demand , price keep up and up

Local environmental:
1) 3 years Safeguards policy
2) since China cut production , and now the local steel is one of the cheapest in the region and it will attract foreign buyer to purchase the local steel.
3) steel price is around 2700-2800 , it may also one of the highest price in history. But still keeping up.

Total proposed PP is 24million , up to date 14.255million share is PP already

Still 10million to go , How you guys rate about these activities ?!...

But quite sure , existing share holder has drop 10% value for this kind PP activities .

How come the board of director keep PP activities. It's very unfair to the share holder as us.

Can we vote to stop them ?!...
