While egg price is low in Q2, it has since increased a lot in Q3. Just compare the prices in supermarkets. Even though USD is strengthening, corn price has dropped a lot in Q3. Check the chart: https://markets.businessinsider.com/commodities/corn-price

With the poor QR out, the expectation of a poor QR has been met and there should be no more negative news moving forward. Ripe for strong rebound.

I believe that many eyes are on this counter and they also agree that current price are undervalued. But due to recent tremendous share price drop they are waiting for rebound to enter. I think it will continue to rebound for a few days.

Yea true. You are correct. Current price already factored in the decline in net profit for this quarter or maybe i can say overreacted based on QR today (still a positive quarter) . But i don't think they factor in that the possibility that Rights Issue might happen to solve their Quick Ratio Problem.

If tmrw they announce Rights Issue like Sapura Energy. Current price is consider overvalued.

After the share price drops so much recently. There are 4 possibilities that might cause this to happen i think

1) They are stopping their JV with NH Food as Nippon Nutriplus doesn't make profit after these years
2) This quarter reporting negative result
3) Bird flu are going worse than we thought and its affecting Layhong's farm but is secretly hidden
4) Insider knows that Layhong is planning to issue rights issue to pair down current liabilities which is 273 million because Ijok land just cost 27million which couldn't do much to help with the situation.

So personally for me, this QR is consider good as i expect it to be worse. What is am still scared about is that how the management are going to repay their current liabilities and reduce high interest rates which is 3million per quarter. Please correct me if i am wrong. Thankss

Debt? Really depends on how they use their debt. There are good debt and bad debt. In my opinion, i think they use their debt wisely to increase their profit. They utilize their debt for expansion to cope up with increasing demand. Okay what. Of course i am also a bit worried about their gearing. Hahaha but so far so good i think

Hmm although i am also stuck around 0.7, but i think it's okay. I don't think timing really matters as share price will eventually match with the intrinsic value of a company. If you value the company more than the current price then just buy it. Drop more? Average down then. Try imagine one apple that usually cost 0.9 now the market sells you at 0.6. Isn't it a good deal? Try not to think about the price that the others get.Yeah he might get the deal 0.5. So what i still earn what using 0.6 to buy 0.9 value of goods. I found this method works for me and i hope this might help others too.

Wow hahaha another student here sailang 50% capital in Layhong. Cheers for student buying stocks. Btw before i buy in this stock i did a lot of research and i have confidence in this stock. Another price fall will just create another opportunity for me to average down.
