which mean if i have 1000 mother and i doesnt topup for that 0.06 right issue , i'll entitle 3000 tawin-OR and the 1000 mother still remain ?
and when is the tawin-or expiry date?

what will happened if the shareholder doesn't topup for mother ? will it convert to tawin-or ?
