Karex CEO emphasize that Karex is just started to grow and expansion on going. Some investor question on 2 cent dividen is on the low side, Mk goh replied Karex hold a minimum dividen policy of minimum 25% and currently is paying 28%, if you wish for higher dividen you need to hold long term as Karex have not reach the high dividen yield stage yet since still expanding fast. Some investor questioned about Karex intention on Ansell sellout as published on Focus. CEO said no further comment until Ansell really announce they are selling.

No specific good news announce in agm that will boost the share price. Overall management remain optimistic of future expansion of capacity, usd currency is in favour to Karex but if too strong usd also bring some impact on some customer who would want further price cut from Karex.
i would say this 4th agm is the biggest turn out so far with significant increase of young investor...Karex is nice enough this round to provide some decent breakfast and lunch for investor. Karex management choosed to announce same day qtr result together with Pasante acquisition. If only announce qtr result alone, maybe the share price will drop further. I think Pasante acquisition did help out a bit to stabilise the selling pressure
