CPO price is beyond the industry players. But definitely, production (FFB yield) is peaking up after May. 2Q better than 1Q......3Q will better than 2Q. ...

Going to announce the quarterly report by tomorrow.... Expect to be a good one

Whatever it is, this is still a good counter that pay good div consistently.
Just buy a copy of the STAR newspaper and you will agree with me. Almost 70% of each page (except Sport section) is covered with advertisement , be it in full color or just B&W... You hardly see this in other newspaper. With this kind of ads take up rate, they will never short of Revenue and profit.
Classified section is however on the down trend. Knowing the digital trend nowadays, that is why they buy into iBilik.com, props all.com and carsifu.com recently.

Listing price is only 1.80..... 2 times limit up on the 1st day.. within 2 weeks after listing, it went to Rm16.. now only Rm2.45

The bonus issue will definately dillute the earning per share (just like the cut apples).. Dividend will be reduced accordingly..

The only comfort that this counter can offer is the cash pile of Rm260 million. Just wondering if part this money will be "taken" out for MCA's upcoming election campaign. Singapre's OCBC and Great Eastern are accumulating.

EPF disposing almost every alternate day. Something is just not right here

Over the past 2 weeks, this counter had dropped sharply from the long standing price of Rm3.20-3.30 to Rm2.59 (the lowest).
Everytime I flipped to the newspaper, at least half every pages is filled with advertisement. Revenue from the advertising (if not mistaken) is the highhest among all the local newspapers. Divindend also not bad. Yielding around 7%.

Anyone one aware of what is happening to this counter recently?

Daylight robbery....Shareholders value wiped-out almost 90%. On top of that squeeze money from shreholders some more for the right issue. Shareholders savings in EPF indirectly squeezed also.

This is only a few of the REITS paying dividend on the quarterly basis. Others include Hektar, Atrium. At least investors for these counters will hold and not simply dispose. Reinvest those dividend to get the compounded effect.

Despite being blessed with abundance of natural resources and paying high psersonal tax, the raykat continue to carry-the burden, so as to ensure that Proton still survive after 30 years. It would be a great day when some politician just stand up and say "sorry me make a mistake and blunder in setting up the national car corp"....This could be another reason why our currency is at nowhere... Thanks but no thanks

Fully valued at Rm2.25. Low gearing and almost zero borrowing. Pure dividend play counter with very little upside. MOtive of this listing is mainly to raise capital for future listing of Malakoff
