The only "proof" you have is some article from 2021. It make me think that you are a person that was fired from company due to bad performance or incompetence, now just want to badmouth a successful company.

That litigation already 6 months since announce. The company that seem to owe creditors is Borneo Seaoffshore Engineering. In standard Bhd practice, I would expect HEB to wind up Borneo Seaoffshore Engineering, and having no negative repercussions to HEB, and end up contributing positively. The only negative I can see at this point in time is this sand supply contract seem to be getting drag out. Excess time means other competition trying to get hold and steal the sand concession from HEB.

If they really owe you salary, you should be hoping that they get this sand concession up and running as that will provide cashflow.

I believe Handal Energy have already signed a Sale Purchase Agreement already with the China company doing the Sabah container port redevelopment and reclamation.

Sunideep has made a smart move by procuring more shares.

I believe that Handal are not far from receive approval from Sabah government to start for the sand mining. Many big project and developers in Sabah looking for sea sand for reclamation project.

I forecast Handal will trade at 0.45 by end of month April.

No so smart is the MD was to make noise over matters like this in front of staff. As I mention above, KWSP will summon the Directors as they are personally liable for payment of EPF contributions. From my understanding, they do not come after the company, unless via lawyer.

This is a very funny situation. Titannep & massivekahuna think that by bad talking a company, people and investor will run in fear. Yet after 1 year of doing so, the company still around.

I look at it exactly the opposite.
Handal has obviously gotten rid of some people with very poor attitude towards the company and management.
Terminating these people is a very good move by the management and gives me more confidence in the team at Handal.

The only management related issue I have with Handal was letting Terry Busing leave. He is very good industry man to have in team.

As per above, I am not Sunideep and I have never met the man. But its easy to tell that there are a few of you on here that were disgruntled and only look at matters from a position based upon your personal benefit.

Haha I am not Sunideep nor have I ever met him, but through my positions I did witness his ability to develop and transform companies.

He did fantastic things at Sabah Air and built borneoseaoffshore group from zero.

Once this sand concession is functioning, it will generate enormous profits whilst having minimal capex or increase in debt.

Leaders that produce results like that are what you should invest in, and Handle Group has one of the best.

Just because you are a disgruntled and terminated former employee, this has no impact on the success of the Handle Group.
