i think nobody can do that, this is a boring counter with ground of investors, the shake will come in only near to dividend day...

actually the chart can't tell you where is the trigger point, MACD can't tell you that and even the candlestick also can't tell you. 100% of hike within 2 weeks is abnormal phenomena, for my own strategy, i will observe the RSI temperature, 3 days of pool overheat can cabut already...
