Con? Depends on what you mean by con. Con by manipulating the price - yes. Con till 0 value - no, I don't think so. Rozabil cannot afford that. He will tarnished his name and may not be able to do any business in Malaysia.

Board and Rozabil missed the opportunity to make money for the company when they can issue more placement shares at 22 and above. If they had done so, the company can buy back the shares at half the price and still have some balance for working capital.

Beg to differ with arcadiafire2020. Am of the view that it is highly unlikely for Destini to be delisted. They have many projects in hand.
