At a fundamental and technical aspect, dont suggest to buy.... it hasnt been profitable for many many years and the only upside in their fundamental is their debt to equity.... its satisfactory cash reserves is allowing them to sustain for the upcoming years , maybe 3 years.... the amalgamation of ICB and EVD however looks abit promising... though there isnt much information available now as it is yet to be listed... but you can go to EVD page and look at their customer base and the services they provide. https://ev-dynamic.com/
Worth buying or not? I really dont know... but i still bought abit

so if the proposed regularisation plan is approved, then you're right Rio2814. 10 existing shares will turn into 1 share

From what i understand, the regularisation plan proposed are as follows:
1. Consolidation of shares at a ratio of 10:1
2. After consolidation, there will be 16 million private placement priced at RM 0.1
3. Thereafter private placement, there will be a right issues, whereby ICB share holders can subscribe to new issuance at a basis of two... meaning if you own 1 ICB share, then you will have the right but not the obligation to buy 2 more share, at the price of RM 0.1 per share.
4. After the complete exercise of the above 3 matters, EVD will acquire ICB with RM 108 million. The breakdown are as follows:
(a) RM37.8 million through the issuance of 252.0 million Consideration Shares at a
proposed issue price of RM0.15 per Consideration Share;
(b) RM58.2 million through the issuance of 2,328.0 million new EVD RCPS with a
denomination of RM0.025 per Consideration RCPS; and
(c) the remaining RM12.0 million in cash;
5. Existing ICB shareholders will automatically convert to EVD share holders at a ratio of 1:1 .......... so if you bought ICB right issues priced at 10 cents, you'll have an EVD share valued at 15 cents after the conversion.
*Please note that all the above are "proposed" only, and is subjected to future changes".
*Also note that above are my own understanding for the regularisation plan, so KINDLY correct me if im wrong, thanks*

I also couldn't find any news related to share consolidation. Even so if there is a 10 to 1 share consolidation, share value still remains same..... no biggie
