A bunch of crooks, Only know how to reap off retail investors. Why aren't the authority doing anything?

The issue is not with the size of the outstanding shares but the selfish and unethical management. IRIS (0010.KL) which has more shares than Kanger, it's performance has been splendid.

The management is just using the vaccine/bamboo stories to lure investors so that they can capitalise on their SIS scheme. Easy money for them.350m more shares to go, are you ready?

Some may blame the huge amount of outstanding shares of 2.3b, but look at IRIS with more than 3b the stock is flying. Kanger management just needs to be scrutinised.

SIS about 550m shares, Now only about 200m issued, Another 350m shares to go. Who knows how much lower it could get?

It doesn't matter if Kanger got vaccine or great bamboo sales. The most important issue here is the management is taking advantage of their position to get cheap shares and unload in the market to public investors unfairly. If they have the conviction that the company would do well they would not have done this.

Next week can see Mr Leng taking his tidy profit

No point hinging hope on vaccine or bamboo. Look at how the management is behaving -- sell high in the market and get back shares via SIS at cheaper prices, both Mr Wu and Mr Leng alike, so unethical.

The pp 386m assumes the conversion of the RCN which I doubt it had happened. So the 3rd tranche should be around 6m.

The 12.5m RCN has a conversion price of 40sen

max pp 386m. 1st tranche 195m. 2nd tranche 183m. So 3rd tranche max 8m.
PP should be done.
