Careplus group most profitable factory is Careglove, that's why they buy back from Descarpack, Careplus M still need some time to fully expand, so it is a correct decision to team with Ansell as Ansell will share the cost of expansion and guarantee the sales. What Careplus doing is they need to plan things after this pandemic and not just focus in this year or next year only. Running a factory is not the same as real estate. @ToraToraTora production line for glove cannot complete in less than 8 months. I had experience with glove maker, production expansion takes at least 8 to 12 months. That is for experienced maker, those without experience in this field, really cannot guarantee, cause they need long time to do configuration to ensure there is no pin hole or other reject.

If you read the announcement clearly, Careplus did not spend a single cent to buy back all the share, they just write off the money owed by AJJ, because AJJ holding is owing them all the money, and that is why they are lost making.

And they announce the deal in early February, if I'm not mistaken the latest QR already share profit of Careplus M with Ansell. So next QR will only gets better.
