i think QR will release on tomorrow after market closed. because the QR will not be good.
this need to kept for long term. Imedic will be a new trend, but not in malaysia for current stage.

MYEG provides services and they included operating expenses instead of COS.

0.15 is the right issue price, if right issue equal to current share price (0.075 before consol), will u buy? will market accept? so big player will push higher to let right issue "looks cheaper"

From 0.085 to 0.09 is just raise 5.9%, right issue at 0.15, the price should push higher to make the right issue looks cheaper, so market is willing to “accept” this proposal.

该公司发文告表示，建议将现有股票以2合1进行整合，将股本从6亿零988万5845股股票减半至3亿零494万2922股股票，随后再以5配1比例配售6098万8584股附加股，再以1附加股送1比例派送最多6098万8584股单位凭单。

该公司董事部已将附加股发售价，以及凭单转换价定在15仙。

在完成上述活动后，VORTEX公司将以3股配1股比例配售最多9亿1482万8766股ICPS，每股发售价为5仙。

该公司预期可从附加股和ICPS计划筹得最多5488万9726令吉，其中4318万9726令吉用作产业发展项目、650万令吉作为未来项目、收购与投资、400万令吉为营运资本，其余120万令吉则为企业活动开销。

整个企业活动完成后，VORTEX公司缴足资本将从现有的5987万9703令吉扩大至2亿1540万零594令吉，但料不会对现有股权架构带来影响。

该公司预见整个企业活动将在2019年上半年完成。

Negative comment are everywhere, I don't mind how much of negative comment here since i decided to hold for it, i buy it for long term.
Maybe im still mimpi as someone said people who hold dps are dreamer and havent wake up yet. but I dreamed a dream^^

actually i think the price has already reflect to the poor qr, so doesn't has much effect on expecting good result. i will just keep and wait. since the insurance claim doesn't include in the qr, i will just hold it and wait for it.

I think the foreigner doesn't interest in this counter, that's why the share price doesn't affect by the market sentiment.
Collect and hold, who knows it will boom suddenly. Move like tortoise but strong enough to defense.

For people who wants to sell just sell, people who wants to hold just hold. People who want to buy just buy.
Time will prove it! I will hold it and accumulate since the price now is super low!
