The tentacles in US can be very long, unlike those in Malaysia. Hopefully, it will go across the ocean to get this con-man. It is time for the long tentacles of the law from the land of far away to reach out to him since those who are near will not anything.

Sad that it is unlikely VT will ever be call to account as there are too many willing scapegoats around who will stand up for him, of course at the right ...... Perhaps there are whistle-blower who will blow on him in MOL. Even then, perhaps a fine is all he gets but really love to see him out away for a few years. I am sure, he will have sufficient 'cons' and conned money to defence himself. If he is really put away for a few years, perhaps then he may have sometime to reflect on his life of con.

Assuming that MOL recover to say 50% of the fall, i.e. about USD8 (from 12 to 3), VT and his goons are laughing to the bank. IPO at above USD12. Now by back from below USD3. In short, VT and his goons short sell the market. Do you all believe that VT is not aware of the Accounting 'error' in Vietnam!!!. Yes, learn how he take minorities for a ride. I hope there is a case against him in US. Getting a fine is no big deal for him. I hope they put him away for a few years.

I read that you were not in favour of BJCorp. I must have missed something. What makes you change your mind. Is there some development at the corporate level that change your opinion on BJCorp. It was less than a month ago that you keep stressing that there are further low, even as low at 0.35. Why the sudden change in opinion. I am not saying that one cannot change their opinion but there should be some development to warrant such a change (e.g. overlook some data, new data, etc).

VT name - ask any old timer and they will tell you. Run. Do not even touch this name with a long pole. That is what he stands for - nothing good can ever come out of him for minority shareholder. Is he going to change - unlike for an old leopard or more like fox. Perhaps, maybe the newbies would.

VT is not a person who has shown that he cares for his minority shareholders. There are there for him to milk. Do not compare VT with Warren. There are miles apart (as far as apart as in Day and Night). Look at his track record. If he cares and really consider BJCorp as his flagship, surely he will look after it and feed it well. Usually, anything good, it for VT and his goons. Not good, park it at BJCorp. Raise funds at BJCorp to buy what he wants and then when there is signs of life, take it private. Similarly, when it is not healthy, pump it into BJCorp. Sad case. Who can trust such a character.

Yes, I think tt101 is quite spot-on on VT. Buy back is another for VT and his goons to decide how to milk the minorities. He wants the price appreciate him, he will use buy back (perhaps so that he and his goons can sell). When the goons want to buy, he let the price drops so as the goons can collect cheap. What a reputation he has made for himself. No one has say any thing positive on VT as a person (except that BJCorp is worth this and that, e.g. NTA, etc - not a single positive view on VT). Not a single person has any good to say about VT himself in this forum - how sad!.

Sorry, I do not understand. Bought back by VT himself or BJCorp. Sold at a profit and if profit (or just the sales proceed), who get the cash. Who profit from the transaction. I am lost! VT and his merry man or BJCorp. If BJCorp, where are the cash and profit now.

VT is not known to look after his minority shareholders. It is all about himself, VT and the Tan's interest. Too many burned by him. Even if he is sincere now, it will take a lot of to mend his damaged 'reputation' (if there is any).

VT can take the first step to show his intention of wanting to look after minority interest by cancelling the treasury shares to reduce the floats (if there is no better for cash BJCorp has left). What happen to all the cash from the asset disposal or listing!!!. Where have they gone. Perhaps, someone can share or enlighten.

There are so many seller (much more than buyers) in the queue, it will take a lot more buyers to clear the queue. Moreover, once it move a little bit, there are those who were caught previously who cannot wait to sell to breakeven. No easy for it to move in the short team even if there are real fundamentals. If it ever reach 60c, there is another who lot of sellers again, e.g. those are now buying with the aim of selling when it is 60c (target price) or thereabout!. Tough!.
