Result seem terrible, adding back all the depreciation cost (property and right use of asset) , the profit still not good...the fuel cost still high also. Special dividend doesn’t mean anything. Just a beautiful trick to prevent the share price free fall. If this qr profit were well maintained, and only announce special dividend then baru hoseh. If no announce special dividend, tomorrow sure drop based on this result. But now seem buffered. Must look at the core profit and judge on the performance.

I see that some people misunderstand the meaning of closed period. The close period is the time period between the completion of a listed company's financial results and the announcing of these results to the public. * not the period during price closing in a trade day. And not yet any announcement indicate they are selling. “Intention to deal” could b buying too.

Today just a filing announcement to bursa to show their intention to deal. Becoz the date is close to the quarter report in end of November, it’s a rule.No one know they will acquire more or dispose, until a new announcement report . Today’s sharp drop during closing period of could be not due to their both trading. Could be another possibility that TF and Kamarudin will buy in lump sum next week during close period. Need wait and see first. In July also showed their intention to deal, but no changes of interest(direct holding and indirect holding), as looking at today’s holding percent as of 19oct, still same as 25july , and also same as the share holding percent in annual report 2017. I guess there were no trading done by them in July last time, since no further announcement showing that changes in their interest. AND EPF also keep ACQUIRING the shares since August, you can check the announcement. I do hope the news will mentions they are buying ! Hopefully special dividend declared too. They both will have trading action prior to quarter report. Let’s see
