Crude oil and RM so weak will make our 4th quarter 2014 and 2015 GPD like shit. Furthermore, our 2014 budget is based on crude oil income usd105/barrel to determine the income from Petronas, but now only left about USD50/barrel. RM against USD was rm3.10 that time but now rm3.54 today. Our budget buta buta shot by rm200 over billion revenue from Petronas. So how can our GDP good in 2015. A lot of people never see crisis b4, open ur eyes big big and fasten your seatbelt and hold tight tight to see. Every crisis also same one because every crisis also shares mkt kena Kao Kao. Our index one level lower than previous level now. 1897 was the high, then go down to 1766, then rebound to 1858(lower than 1897) then go down to 1671 (lower than 1766), then rebound again to 1770 (lower again than 1858). Then go down again now to don't know what level again. We open our eyes big big to see patiently . Current mkt sentiment is not talking about fundamental. Current mkt is a bear mkt. Be careful with ur hard earn money guys.

They pay USD to import raw material for feedmill . Kena hatam Kao Kao . Further more, when bad mkt come, apa good news pun tak guna. Fundamental strong blue chip pun kena hatam, apa lagi Teoseng. Cash is king now. Faster go and short futures better. Crude oil keep coming down will led to weaker RM. Weaker RM will have negative impact to importer. Because they need to pay more RM now. US economy just started recover, RM will more to come weaker in the futures, that is why will influence TS income in the future. Currently got sky high egg price or income , but the price also keep on dropping now. What if egg price drop and RM3.8 against USD, then the price will drop a lot more faster.

Guys, don't get me wrong. The fundamental of this company still good. The reason that I sold because of overall market sentiment. I still can recall when our index drop to 1671 and Teoseng drop to rm1.49 also. I sold now and I can buy back later with lower price if I want to. Otherwise where to get so much cash and keep on buying.

Owosela, someone mention ex date for bonus with warrant will announce in Dec and ex in Jan, but where is the ex date announcement? This is what I mean something wrong.

Happy for u all if the price go up but the ex date for bonus issue with free warrant suppose to announce after 23rd of Dec meeting also no news already. Seem like something is going wrong.

Pang72, since Nov when this news announce from rm2.5 all the way down until this level. Still no worry ah?

Market bad, I sold all to turn cash now. Crude oil new low at usd53. Market already rebound 100 points from 1670. Window dressing done for this year. Market will down another round. Whatever good news also useless now. Sell first, talk later.

Seem like got a hidden buyer keep collect today from rm1.49 to rm1.76. What a strong rebound. If what simonalibaba say is right, then at rm1.76 is only PE of 7. Very cheap.

A lot of investor got margin call. May be some investor buy Teoseng in margin account, kena force selling

Index drop more than 100 points, but Teoseng still trading at rm2.12. This is what we call defensive stock. Hahaha

Bought some again at rm2.1 yesterday. Same price with the director as announce in Bursa last few days. So many rewards around the corner like dividend, bonus issue with free warrant, why did not buy? Good stock not scare to buy...PE of 10.5 only...Listed in 2008 until now, give dividend every year with out fail....Recession proof company...economy good or bad , people still eat egg everyday...I love happy egg...hahaha....

Director also top up their holding. Anothe 3.73m shares at rm2.1 according to bursa announcement. So confidence to the company. Seem like a good time to buy more now. If buy at rm2.15 also not too far with the price with their newly purchase price at rm2.10. Some more buy before 10th of Dec still can enjoy their dividend of rm0.05. Bonus issue with free warrant will announce the ex date in the end of Dec. Ex date for bonus with warrant will in Jan. Someone mention b4. Director buy so many shares again at this price, so I buy a bit more also tml. Hahaha....I like happy egg....

Today got announcement in Bursa website that Maybank submitted the relevant document about bonus issue with free warrant to get Bursa approval. Mean the convention price of warrant already fixed. So I personally think that the shares price should be down side limited by now.

The lower the conversion price, the higher the warrant value. Hopefully, conversion price is below rm2.

Taufikshafii, bird flu lagi bagus. Sure got panic selling. Time to buy more if got bird flu. Can not be everyday also bird flu right? Only temporary impact even got bird flu. First half of the year was gave rm0.05 dividend. Second half of the year another rm0.05 dividend. One year total rm0.10........Based on rm2.13 is about 4.7% return. Better than FD
