@KooSan Preference is given to those that knows how to play ball. Lobbying is a must when it comes to getting approvals in the US. I'm sure the new advisory company that tagged in last year knows it.. which is also a smart move that we are heading to other markets to get approval first.

@ATK The whole US government and system is a plutocracy. The government bodies and big pharmas are going to continue to gatekeep to protect their own self interest. Quite sickening really.

@ATK If Leqembi and Donanemab gets full approval then chances for C.A for Taurx will be slim to none. It just validates our theory that big pharmas are running the FDA in the shadows. Why would they allow our drug with strong safety profile, high efficacy data and a fraction of their drug price enter the market? Broken healthcare system for a broken country..

@ATK Let's not worry too much about what others say. So far all the information you've provided on Taurx are spot on. Personally I don't want to share or divulge too much information since people on this platform also won't appreciate it.

@ATK Yup, it's fair lah, every new investor/fund that he brings in will receive a cut of commission shared with broker. Without him, we also won't know about Taurx or have the confidence to invest into it. At the end of the day, its good to collect the profits but more importantly I hope the drug is able to be released to the public as a lot of aging investors whose health have deteriorated and needs this drug to sustain their neuro health. (My folks included)

Absolutely, Biogen has over 1 hour+ of speaking time with Q&A at the conference while Taurx only has 15 minutes. The odds were already stacked against us in the first place.

15 days till CTAD conference in San Fran, another marker for Genting shares.

Honestly I would much prefer a trade sale process but safe to also set up IPO as a backup route.

From Taurx press release:
"TauRx plans to submit HMTM for regulatory approval in the US and Canada in 2023, with other territories to follow, in line with its overall plans to commercialise HMTM and pursue clinical trials in other related neurodegenerative diseases."

In the other press release, they have engaged a new CMO from EVERSANA to spearhead this process. Taurx has also enlisted 2 specialist law firms to support regulatory submissions from their respective countries. All the info can be found on Taurx's website.

@DestinyL If we're purely looking for a US FDA approval.. sure, fair enough. However I believe Taurx is getting approvals from other regions as well.. Canada, UK & Europe.

@neohts If Genting don't exercise the Taurx warrants, their shares will get diluted. Honestly just another fund raising round by Taurx to carry them through next year.
