Still making huge losses per quarter and NTA keeps falling also
See the result yourself
Since making huge losses of 332millions in the last 2 quarters , its NTA has been dropping from 0.70 to 0.68 then now 0.66
So many gloves and glovemakers in the world now. You still think such companies can make profits or just losses until banklap?
With huge losses continuing until the NTA value keeps falling also to 0.66 now. If this company making so many losses non stop... sure banklap soon is real
Share price now 0.97 but NTA is 0.66 so.... If this company goes banklap meaning?

With such plan, the big shareholder will definitely be cursed and criticized non stop. So have to employ a someone to uplift the big shareholders image in public.

I would guess at least below 30c

It's not rocket science. Its NTA is only 70c per share. Observing how management let its share price sliding down like kids enjoying at water theme park, it's known that to take it private they will have to make an attractive offer. Now many holders are still holding onto huge paper loss. So share price will most likely be suppressed way down below 70c for sure for them to make an attractive offer.

NTA is only 0.70 per share. In the event of insolvency this is what it's worth.
The company is making losses & could continue to suffer deficits. Pandemic is not coming back.
Share price is overpriced and sliding down amid market rout. Not to mention so many ESG issues in which western countries easily impose more sanctions to any of such exporters. The probability of it to go down & collapse is higher due to many factors.
Name and list out any positive factors or catalysts that the company will do well going forward? See what those salesman and those stuck at high paper loss have to say.

If company keep making lossess for the foreseeable future, it is possible it may go bankrupt. If there is the possibility u need to look at its NTA which is just 0.70 per share

Dump as fast as u can before it sinks further to below 0.70 per share for its largest shareholders to take it private
2022-06-09 15:36 | Report Abuse
A laughable financial result where its net profit margin is only 1%.
We put into commercial bank fixed deposit rates even better than 1% returns.
Topglove's business just doesn't worthy anymore
NTA is still 0.70 and share price is just too overvalued
2022-06-08 10:17 | Report Abuse
The probability of its share price sinking deep down further is so high
2022-06-08 10:16 | Report Abuse
Later downsizing its business due to low demand and ASP will reduce its NTA further
2022-06-08 10:15 | Report Abuse
NTA is only 0.70
Big shareholders will need to bring down share price to below 70c to make an offer to privatize. So u buy now is sure gonna incur paper loss forever because it's super overvalued based on its NTA of only 70 sen per share!
2022-06-04 08:45 | Report Abuse
Newbies or doobies didn't understand and refused to accept because they are stuck with big paper losses hahaha
2022-06-04 08:44 | Report Abuse
Big shareholders want share price to sink and collapse so that they could make an offer to privatise the company but the problem is that its NTA is only 0.70 per share and share price is way overvalued. Most likely it will collapse to 0.35 for them to make an attractive offer. So if u buy TG shares now at current price u will lose 80% of ur capital

Topglove's NTA is only 0.70 but share price is doubled to around 1.54 currently. That is so overvalued especially its net profit margin dropped to lowest 6% which is worse than pre pandemic time. Its NTA also keep reducing since 5 quarters ago from 0.86 to 0.75 then now 0.70 lol
Before pandemic during those 2016-2019 years its net profit margin is between 8%-9% but now latest is just 6% so very shameful lol

Dwindling demand for gloves, the stock is overpriced, gloves overcapacity, etc.... Just some of the reasons why it will keep dropping RIP

See the press release also...
The Group’s financial performance continued to be impacted by headwinds which have weighed
heavily on the glove industry. Destocking activity persisted, driven by excess customer inventory,
resulting in a softer order book. Aggravating the situation was the ongoing glove oversupply situation,
combined with a lack of customer urgency to place orders in light of shorter delivery times from lower
manufacturer utilisation. Meanwhile, rising production costs which the Group was unable to share out
with customers owing to moderating ASPs, also contributed to the muted financial results.
