Think about it as u r gonna be given share of a bigger company, when u invest, u invest in the business and do not be short sighted. So do you think by forming a new company they are going to expand their business? If yes that means EPS will increase. Of course business takes time to grow, not like few days or few months, so it is quite useless if u everyday look at the price and drop 1 cent like very big business.
