One other reason why the warrant has been dragged down recently is that due to its impending expiry in July, it has become NON-MARGINABLE. So theoretically it is zero marginable now.

If those who bought under margin did not top up with cash and / or are not willing to convert to mother by coming up with the additional 50 cents, they will be selling now or are forced by the bank to do so. This again are small in number.

The big investors are all holding. Read the investor presentation and you will comprehend the increase in holding by the initial investors. They have been increasing their holding not selling.

Hello investors - anyway - these are couple of scenarios why price drifting:

1. Warrant is about to expire - so lot of people who have free warrant still keep selling at right price, as a result it does impact the mother share too
2. Contra players - as usual - very evident in the LOW volume.

By the way -if you have printed out HIBISCUS presentation of February 2014, March 2014 and read the current investor presentation, you will note that NONE of the MAJOR shareholders have sold any single shares - in fact, they have bought more!

Keep on reading their website to keep up to speed on what is going on. The weak holders will soon give up and let go. This is good. Investors will be rewarded.

Warrants expiry July but I believe a lot of conversion of warrant will take place in May 2014.

Wait for it..........if there was no confidence in this counter, the warrant would have been trading at 10 cents now as less than 3 months before warrant expire.......so the investors are definitely going to convert. And some are happily collecting from the weak holders now. See how LOW the volume of both the mother and warrant traded now.......for a counter that has collectively over 1 billion shares - the volume traded is peanuts. So the BIG INVESTORS are not interested at all... only the small persistent contra leftovers kaki still toying around.
