If PP is to biased for benefit of private investor, can expect share price to hover around 15sen until PP price is fixed.

PP 750m to raise RM99m translates to 13.5sen a share, ie 15 sen VWAP less 10% discount.

Glove contribution at the earliest only in QR for Q1 of 2021.
