Clearly tht Q1 in red due to listing costs. By the way, shall the Q2 forecast wil be good? Is it means Q2 revenue at least 71.6m (book value) - 18.2m (Q1 revenue) = 53.4m and no further listing costs?

Revenue for FY 2019 - 88.1 m. Outstanding book value for FY 20 as at now 71.6m as stated. 81.1% last year revenue have been covered. FY 2020 will be a good year for POWERWELL !!!

Just my personal opinion
JV is good for both Ansell and Careplus. Ansell is one of the world top player for glove and mask. It is almost impossible to increase the production capacity overnight to match the huge market demand at current situation. Thus, JV with Careplus is a good and fast solution to gain further.
By the way, Ansell name will carry the weight in selling the golve and mask to international market compare Careplus ... Happy trading !!!
