Surprised with Inter-Pacific Securities proposal. If I own 100,000 units now, my holding will be likely as follows;
1. Capital reduction from 50cent to 1cent: 100,000
2. Share consolidation from 10 become 1: 10,000
5. Right issue 154 to 10:. 154,000 (I need to prepare RM 15,400)
After regularization my shares will be 164,000 units with average of 16cents. Disagree with consolidation proposal. Hope Inter-Pacific Securities can come out with better proposal.

Is this the best proposal the Management can give? My shares holding will be likely as follows;
Current position: 10,000
Par value reduction: number of shares same
After consolidation: 1,000
Right issue: 50,000
After exercise: 51,000
Need to allocate bonus money to subcribe right issue. Look forward for the Management to create wealth to the Shareholders ;)
