In summary :
Jaks depends 100% on VN power plant. Essentially all eggs in basket.
Unfortunately things changed for the bad :
1) VN is phasing out coal power
2) China will exit coal power generation in Vietnam
3) Power tariff reduced by 12%
Not enough reasons to sink a sinking ship?
More PP/RI is the only solution. From 400M to over 2400M NOSH now.. more to come
