- shifting the unsold properties inventory( car park units) into become property investment division which gives miserable return currently
(PROPERTY INVESTMENT IS HEADED BY DATO BEN CHEN. MAYBE COMPANY BUILDING UP HIS POWER TO TAKE OVER FROM DATO CHONG.)

- the AGM presentation indicate many future launching plans, I have questions what would be the take up rates. Another potential shifting of future unsold units into the investment property division ?
