A: Please see 6 may 2019 announcement pg 1. the project was awarded to CMSB on 20 Nov 2018. and now ARB acquired 51% in CMSB. this effectively means, the project is ongoing, and if u have some minor common sense left with u, u will know the duration to install solar panels for this scale will take at least 6 months to 1 year, depending on the progress of the financing, EPCC etc. that's totally normal for no recognition in Q2, i dont even think Q3 we will see any recognition. Perhaps this will be FY2020 earnings recognition. But just cash flow of around RM5m/year, not significant at all.

GMV is gross merchandise value. if u r willing to spend a bit of time to read the interviews that dato has conducted before, u will realise under this structure, GMV is = or higher for the revenue recognition. Look at the announcement on TATAN, it says 'not less than'. when u say not less than, it means cannot less than, in other words, it means tak boleh kurang daripada, 不能少过. so it means...minimum revenue recognition is 20m USD for tatan contract. do u get it now mt friend?

Many of the above discussed are unrealised business cores....unrealised therefore not recorded in book, so nothing related audited report!!!! lol...audited report (reasonable assurance not absolute assurance on financial statement) can be perfectedly alright but stock price may still go to 1s?....
