I would like to seek advise to learn here.
The bonus issue ex-date was 24th Feb but directors traded off market on 23rd Feb:
1. Do they still entitled for the bonus issues?
2. What is the reason of doing so?
3. Who are the potential buyers (usually)?
4. Would not it makes more sense to hold it and push warrant price up?

Egg increase price is one thing, unless cost goes down with higher selling price.. if higher cost with higher selling price.. same thing.. dont look at selling price only.. look at cost as well..

When you invest in something.. or may be the word trade is more suitable here.. what do you want ultimately? To make money or to proof that your decision is right? Or to hold on to your beliefs and integrity but lose money..

Problem is many jumped in too early.. in the 90,80,70 cents range and is stucked.. then continued to be stucked when average down in the 60 cents range..

Opportunity cost.. so many counters up these days.. why settle for this? Long term investment?

Forum is for anyone to come here and share opinions.. but it is inethical to entice newbies to buy while you are waiting to escape because you were trapped earlier.. pls trade with conscience.. unless you are king of losing money in klse..

Japanese come here for big money.. so they will not push price up to help suffocating ikan bilis to escape..

And one thing for sure.. some over here cannot read well.. as should not solely depending on formulaes vs dont need to do any calculations ... both mean different thing.. able to differentiate?

of cos we need to do some homework before doing anything.. but not purely relying on it to make decision..

Dont tell us how many % you made with warrant, tell us how much you lose so far with warrant according to the homework done by yourself...

I just dont want newbie to be trapped with warrants based on the formula... you are like telling us you can calculate better and outsmart investment banks and financial institutions..

Upon expiry of the warrant, if they push the price below the exercise price.. it will be worthless... and you see it now, from 1+ to 50+ cents.. this has nothing much to do with FA.. is purely manipulation.. no matters how well you calculate, you lose to manipulation.. thats why i say is wrong, because it is just purely based on formula..

And some who done mathematics work for warrant hope to get blessing from god for trading shares? Hahaha.. btw, the calculation is wrong

They get to shout and make a lot of noise .. but 1 thing for sure.. they lose money throughout the process.. buy high and hoping price to go up so they can escape but end up cut loss before price shoot up

If i am not wrong, many here trapped with warrant at high price and keep promoting warrant here.. hahaha

Sure many ikan bilis panic cut loss just now.. at 0.62. Haha.. now qeueing to buy back at 0.61... later up again chase again but q at 10 cents lower.. then finally buy at rm1 and then start dropping again.. then cut loss.. haha

Directors should start collecting again at 0.45 - 0.5 range.. however it depends how much stake they are holding.. it should end by this week.. i will be starting to collect this week..

What kind of impact will retailers caused? Many Genting small shareholders.. with merely 1 lot@1000 shares will attend the AGM and demand the board to act according to their liking.. give more dividend.. How many retailers holding more than 5000 LayHong shares out there? It drops so much because directors are selling.. not those panicking small flies out there..

Think like a company owner.. under what circumstances a owner will sell his stake significantly.. dont think like a panicking retailer.. anyhow speculate what is going on.. with no facts..

Is not so much on FA or business or profit or market sentiment or SST.. if sst why other companies not dropping so much? Many companies losing money this quarter, why not dropping so much.. eg QL, last q did not perform well, why no cheap stock for retailer?

Some say TA intact?? I see pump and dump here.. last 2 years collect and pushed price up and when retailers rushed in, let go to them and run.. will collect back later.. maybe 0.45-0.50 range.. should not go a lot lower with risk of losing controlling stake in the company because competitor can collect shares from open market..

When price drop, people ask why.. when price moved up steadily past 2 years from 40 cents to more than RM1.. nobody ask why..

Many just blindly average and bottom fishing without knowing whats going on..

Typical retailers mindset, price drop curse and swear director.. price up.. we love the director.. can never make money with this mindset..
