sweetylemon said also logic. But what I can see from the QR comparing to the prospectus, after deducted the IPO Proceeds 24m, they left few m only. Meaning their cash flow control is bad.
And probably their cash flow has big issue. May be that's the reason why they so ganjiong in bonus issue warrant after IPO. Keep suck money in.

Not sure why they are so desperate to issue bonus warrant immediately after the IPO few months. But can see most investors have lost confidence in this stock. As other stock volume and price maintained well, and this stock keep dropping.
