If director really throw share should minimum above 1,500,000 share then consider show his intention to sell. 170,000 share is too easy to buy back from the open market. :)

I talk about director's share. KWJ's disposal is just an illustration I tot, and he know when is the time to buy back with their internal notification. Nothing lost but earn and they are the most advantages player in this counter.

I am a real estate agency who handling sales and marketing on new development since 2008. HUAYANG is one of our big client. As my knowledge, Trop have many on going and upcoming project accumulate to multi billion GDV. Successful sales report is consider not bad in Klang Valley especially their project in Kota Damansara. The action taken by Trop recently like sell their private property, propose selling their shopping mall etc...its looks like trying to gather a hug fund to support their recent developments in KV, JB, KK and Penang etc. Director looks "pretending" to throw the share by hairy to create panic on small shareholder and sell down their share at low price. Director is one who know the company's potential but why keep throw the share? why? I can say the company is operating well and profitable. The share price is completely under value!
