FYI, I saw a case before while I working. A director was instruct by his boss to pre-sign all shares transfer form documents, once the boss decide when to transfer the shares, the company secretary just need to chop the date and submit.

Sometime maybe because of the previous terms agreed, he need to sell as per term or request whether he like it or not. DNex still need to depend on new contract, sometime need to sell to some party for certain people to come in at a lower price. Eventhough is sell at open market, he sell at a lower price within the period, not the higher in the period, which is 0.67.
