If warrant listing price is 0.05 then the mother share Eduspec will be RM 0.005 after ex.
Base on yesterday's closing of RM 0.055 then
RM 0.055 - RM 0.05 = RM 0.005
Listed Warrant 5.0sen, Mother share 0.5sen??
Someone get confused here, need medicine...

Offer 48sen now for each...max RM 300+M to buy out. Request extension on STAG S&P.
Those that "nays" before will be tempted
rather than wait for at least year end refund.
Announce new EGM, you will see some of the earlier "nay"
will become "ayes"...
Oil price now favor that particular QAs.

The fact that they announced the cash repayment of 7sen is to
satisfy CS and PA. The yield return both funds for this year settled already.
That was a brilliant move to get their approval for the QA.

This is once in a lifetime to promote your product and seize the opportunity.
Yet, EduS has been rather slow to put up its profile. Mgmt needs to wake up, spring into actions, and make some noises in the industry/market. Yet, only Atarah n gang are doing all the hard works.
PLEASE UPDATE the market/public on who you are, what your products/services are, and your solutions to the New Normal in education.
Your silence is trust deficit.
Do this before investors lose faith or patience. Sigh...
