The Dato said 0.60 by 2018 and that was in February 2015 when the exchange rate was RM3.56 : USD 1.00. The 0.60 target should come earlier now that the rate is USD4.30.

Getting CIMB to cover this stock is a good start. Time to get RHB research to do the same. They have already earned the placement fees.

Results are good. No let up in the cash pouring in. Company in net cash position now. In growth phase with wide geographical spread. Future quarters certainly to be better barring the inexplicable forex losses.

Q1 results probably out tomorrow. Let's see if the management's optimism in the numerous newspapers pans out.

Last time round when the company was not doing well, the company did a private placement at 18 sen. Now that the company is doing well, the latest proposed private placement should be done at a higher price.

A good FY 2014 performance. Strong balance sheet with almost zero net debt. The 0.25 sen dividend translates to a 1.5% yield. A higher dividend payout ratio for FY 2015 will drive the yield up and the stock price higher.

As the good Dato says, this is a growth stock and we shall hold him to his words.
