To put it simply, sis is company's way of getting more fund by issuing more new shares in the market. If these new shares are open to general public, its typically not a good sign. Means the company couldnt find any other ways to secure additional money from insiders or big 3rd party investor. It eventually means, for current stock holders, our value of stock naturally goes down (ie eps goes down). Seems like they issued 10m worth and given current market cap is around 500m, current eps goes down by 3~4 percent (1/500 - 1/510)
