INDEPENDENT QUANTITATIVE TECHNICAL ANALYSIS REPORT ON INSTACO

INSTACO defied the negative sentiment linked to sell-off in China and the rest of the world by opening the day on a firm note and finally settled with minor gains.

Total traded volume was moderately high at 57.191 million shares compared to 90.289 million shares previously.

What did INSTACO tell us about itself today? What’s Next?

Based on the Quantitative Algorithm Analysis approach, the minor price retracement seen yesterday and part of today’s trading cannot be considered as a major correction to the upward trend but a bear-trap.

Bear-traps are technical corrections set by the bulls. In major bullish-runs, weak players would normally bail-out quickly by taking profits.

Once this long-liquidation selling is over, prices would resume its upward course to the frustration of those who got out.

There were three bear-trap in the course of INSTACO’s upward rally since November 2015.

Let us call a fork-a-fork and a spoon-a-spoon: The facts are revealed in today’s volume.

The bulk of today’s volume was done at the 0.285 and 0.29 sens. At 0.285 sens, 21,667 m shares changed hands. Seller sold down 13,707 m shares to the buyers and at this price, then buyers paid-up and booked 7,960 m shares from sellers.

This is clear evidence that buyers are firmly parked and supporting at these level and are cap able to absorb all the long-liquidation profit-taking selling pressure.

At 0.290 sens, volume was high at 29,393 m shares.

Buyers were clearly the aggressors here when they paid up and bought 23,277 from seller. At this price level, selling pressured fizzled out with sellers booking buyers with 6,115 m shares.

Based on these phenomena, it is evident that the underlying strength of INSTACO is still intact and has the positive momentum to resume its bullish run.

Follow the upward price breakout three days ago, the combined three day’s volume has surged to317,115 shares.

This significant technical development suggests that the strength of INSTACO could persist and be headed north for the near term.

Stock traders believe that “volume precedes price movement”, meaning volume would always surge first to be followed by a run-up in price.

My Quantitative Algorithm technical analysis shows that the bullish performance of INSTACO is sustainable.

It provided seven profitable trading signals over the course of the last four months. If I took all the buy-signals, I would be a rich man. But, then, If pigs have wings they would be called eagles!! (pls see chart, the buy and sell signals are represented by a bull and bear)

@myview: Thy are trying to sell at 28 sen x 323mil shares = rm90mil. Instaco is trying to raise funds to finance its billion dollar business.

@ktsk88: So confirm the PP is for 323 mil shares, and if the intended sum received is around RM90mil, then the PP is successfully placed at around RM0.28 sen.
Hence after this, the price of the stocks will only goes north.

Hey guys, any idea whether is it confirmed they want to raise RM90mil funds for their projects? if yes = RM0.28 PP confirmed, and i suppose price wouldn't go below RM0.28?

@ktsk88: They purchase neata aluminum from that company by way of shares issuance. So they are consider substantial shareholders. Nothing and will ever affected the share price tomorrow unless that shareholder wanna cash out from instacom.
