1) goreng the price from 13 sen to 23 Sen only to announce private placement with unknown invested at 13.5 sen effective the next day with no lock in period.

2) they then used this money to bail out loss making Fridays franchise owned by a company that was founded by the current executive chairman.

3) people are shouting about record high coke prices, but the company is in the process of disposing the coke business.

Funny business going on. Best not to play yet.

Actually, did they announce that they'd found more clients to buy their products? Last I checked they only had one major client who was responsible for most of their sales but is unfortunately based overseas.

Those who sold because of rumours from 80sen to rm1 got plenty of opportunity to buy back mar. Problem now is political uncertainty. If news comes out that cimb and Maybank have disposed of their shareholdings, the price will collapse even further. I don't know if they have, just pointing that out. They entered between 40-50 Sen so let's see.

If you read the quarterly reports, Elsofts problems over the past year had nothing to do with local factories being unable to open and everything to do with being unable to fly their people overseas to install their machines and train their clients personnel in using the equipment. The training bit can be sorted out with teleconferencing and all that, but the installation of their machines can't, it seems.

From what I've read, their core business is to act as a middle man providing services from Huawei, aws and Adobe to the government, do you have a report that says different?

Their future business opportunities rely on the government, that's why they will be forced to settle for than the full amount.

End of the day, they are the middleman selling the product to the government. In other words crony lor, and you know when our government, today got contract tomorrow can batal then you fight in court for many years for compensation lor.

Honestly, this is a good and well run company, buy and hold is not wrong, but with MCO looking more and more likely, the price going down is inevitable.

IB's bought in from 30-50sen, no point to sabotage the price. If UMNO uturn again and play nicely with Muyhiddin, the price can go back up.

I've been following for more than a year, just don't really post much, collected a lot as the price went from 80sen down to 30 sen and exited on monday. I'm planning to go back in when the daily cases stabilise or the price becomes more compelling vs risk. Yes they have new R&D but many of their clients are overseas so they need their people to fly there to help their clients with installation which is not possible right now.

Don't know about other companies but quarterly reports for elsoft state that they cannot do business if international borders are closed. Anyway you are free to interpret facts however you like, if you think that it won't go down if MCO is declared then continue to collect lor.

Now is not the time to enter with another MCO looming. Look at their past reports on how their business has been disrupted by the closure of international borders. I would wait until this new MCO is over or for the price to drop below 60sen before entering.

Also retail investors will be wary after first round of goreng. VWAP was stable around 15.5sen for 3 days so I'd expect a PP announcement of around 13-14sen announcement if this is the second goreng.

Up 2.5 sen, could be the second round of goreng before they announce another PP.

Placement of up to 236 million shares, but they only placed 100 million, so there's another 136 million to be placed.

150 million at 15sen a share is 1 billion shares or almost double the current NOSH.

There might be a second round of goreng for the second placement but who knows how low the price will go before they set the placement price and how high they will goreng the second round.

Yesterday's vwap is around 15.5sen if I'm not wrong, if it maintains around 15 sen until tomorrow that could be where they're basing the price of the second round of PP which seems a bit high to me. Could also be a trap.

If it can hold 14-15 for another day (tomorrow) I will consider going in, probably means another round of PP. Don't know if they really believe they can goreng above 20sen to trap people again though.

If nge nge want to gamble here wait for 3 consecutive days below 13 Sen lo, maybe they will try to PP at 11 and goreng again. I doubt it though unless they really think retailers are that dumb to kena tipu twice in a row.

The management will need to pump and dump a few more rounds for their private placement so sure got more goreng coming. Question is from what price will they goreng again and will retailers continue to rush in to get slaughtered like the last round.

Then I don't know what personal relationship Jackkin has with Jared Lim but I know the PP investor has inside knowledge of the company and it looks like he dumped his shares as soon as he could.

Anyone thinking about entering needs to consider the timing of the goreng; just after the PP price had been set, and then the timing of the announcement of PP; half a bloody trading day before the PP took place and then ask themselves is this a management that has the shareholders best interests at heart?

Anyway you see Jared Lim's track record. Before this you can believe that maybe he's really an innocent victim in asiasons. But now, if I was holding country home shares, I'd be looking to dispose.

Alternative is PP holders are related to the board and they all pakat to make money and trap retailers.
