Individual Quarter Cumulative Quarter
The Board expects that the construction and property sectors to remain challenging in financial year ending 30 June 2021.
Nevertheless, the Group will selectively participate in tender for construction projects, and the Group will continue to expand
in property development.

Comparison With Immediate Preceding Quarter's Results
In line with the lower revenue, the Group registered a Loss Before Taxation of approximately 3% in the current quarter
compared to the Loss Before Taxation of 3% reported in the immediate preceding quarter.


In line with the lower revenue, the Group recorded a Loss Before Taxation of RM0.6 million for the current quarter compared
to Profit Before Taxation of RM1.0 million in the previous corresponding quarter.
The effective tax rate for the Group in the current quarter is higher than the statutory tax rate mainly due to the RPGT charged
on the disposal of a piece of freehold land.

3 months ended 31 December
The Group's revenue reduced by about 43% in the current quarter from RM37 million to RM21 million mainly due to lower
construction billings in tandem with lower construction activities. The lower of revenue of construction segment was mainly
due to several existing projects are progressing at their completion phase, as such the revenue contribution by these projects
during the current quarter had been relatively low. In addition, the construction segment were affected by the COVID-19
pandemic, resulting in slow-down of construction activities.

It is a profitable company and definitely not like US high tech growth companies with no profit.

By losing (RM 2.40 few days ago average-1.90 today price) RM 0.50 for losing of that tendering, i think is over-react..imho.

SMIC Tender Finally Open
After much delay, SMIC (which accounts for c.30% of order book as of end 3Q20) has opened the tender to shortlist the contractor for its 2021 work. The bidding results are expected to be known by early March 2021. The tender for 2021 is for 4 fabs worth a total estimated value of RMB100m (RM60-65m).

I agree with @Lolanto for no reason it dropped with no support.
Don't panic and hold strong. I suspect it is a shaking strategy to wash out the weak holders.

If earn then sell because the majority of the profit is not genuine i,e from quoted or unquoted investment, etc..QR not clearly stated what profit just merely stated quoted or unquoted investment..mgt really no responsible..look like many many things are hiding inside the bushes..
