Thats because rumours are not as great as facts and therefore stocks are overvalued

Why go up? News was already out on friday but instead of up, it went down

This is just like in 2013 when prices shoot up for absolutely no reason. Of course, there are countless of rumors to convince the public to keep buying and buying before it all crashes and it came tumbling down. Who do you think did the so called "support" back then? This so called "support" had been buying and disposing at a slightly higher price while the public is fooled into buying it over and over again. In the long run, maybe (or maybe not) the turning over to the construction business would be profitable, but smart investors don't jump to such a conclusion and buy it up just from small news.

Really? Almost 30mil shares sold @0.135 on friday despite the news coming out. The news was just about construction project which investors were expecting already isn't it? And the fact that the price rallied all the way to even the current price of 0.135 is already showing quite a huge overpricing of the share which was supposed to only be around 0.105 or 0.110 (if market is optimistic) . And let's not forget the private placement causing more dilution to the eps. Wonder why people like to overstate news. It is a good news yes but even with that news, the price of 0.135 is way overvalued!

sorry I didn't mean bad news. What I mean is bad rumors that this will all collapse soon. As explained above

all news I heard is usually exaggerated wildly.

1.)New construction project for company and this means Luster is doing very well in construction business soon.
->In reality, those construction project are so small it will not even make a dent on Luster's overall outlook

2.)New boss coming soon.
->Same old same old...been hearing this since 2013. And then what?

3.)Private placement for some big investor or new boss
->Really? regardless, private placement would just cause dilution of all shareholder's stocks and EPS. This means each of the stocks are worth less now than before. But somehow, people are convinced that bad news is good news

4.)ESOS
->On the surface, trying to be a "good company" giving their employees stocks. But a lot of those stocks are converted immediately once received. This further decrease current shareholder's stock value.

Look at all the similarity above, it's like bad news being worded nicely and thrown out to public to make others believe that it is good news. You make your evaluation and tell me again

This stock is dying again. be prepared to cut your losses or suffer more. I heard that bad news is gonna come out soon. runnnnnnnnnn

The same old tactic was used back in 2013 until Luster was queried by Bursa. As the saying goes, beware of the old fox.

uhmmm. What I heard is this is all just to make Luster's share shoot up while directors make a quick exit. Rumors to hike prices up. But I don't know. Could be right could be wrong. Who knows?

if old boss keep disposing, off course there will be a new boss. That's how stocks work. But new boss doesn't mean higher value.

sell quantity is always in terms of millions. I think big boss is just disposing bit by bit while this fake news is making others buying it. This is soooooooo sketchy.
